This is required to run some of the games that will be listed on here.  It carries no viruses, can be scanned with Norton, and takes up virtually no space.

what you do is you unzip it and put the exe file into a folder and run it from there...it will take up your whole screen but alt+enter will window it...from here you have to add the Snes ROMS to folder directly..you do not need to unzip the roms at all just put them in the same folder...once that is done tinker with the show file extension option in the emulater to show the ROM files..and just click and play

www.romnation.net is the best free rom/emulater resource that i still use...just ignore the vote for us crap and just download to your hearts extent
